Юля, извини, пожалуйста, за задержку с рецептом. Надеюсь, приедешь из России и испечешь :o))

Вот такие булочки получаются. А запах!!!! (Точно не диетический рецепт :o))

Так как рецепт Бретин - он его и писал, поэтому по-английски. А вообще, он все делает на глаз. Когда я его спросила сколько нужно лука и ветчины, его ответ был - ну столько чтобы вкусно было!

Finely chop onions and fry in oil or butter until brown colour. Put into the fridge until cool.

Finely chop shaved ham and mix will shredded cheese and onion.

Make a dough in bread maker.

Roll the dough out flat in rectangle.

Spread ham, onion and cheese mixture onto the dough.

Roll up the dough and mixture so that you have long scroll.

Brush beaten egg onto the dough as you roll it up.

Once rolled up and sealed up with egg, slice evenly into 3cm slices.

Place on non stick tray (or something similar).

Brush with beaten egg and then sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Leave to sit for 15 minutes to rise a little.

Bake at 200 deg C until brown.
